Listen to Me Listen to You could be just another book about how to listen better with age old tips on improving communication. But it goes way beyond tips that many of us are already familiar with. It offers new strategies suggestions and solutions that will get the reader to really practice and understand how to improve communication in any and all relationships in their life. Anne and Mandy Kotzman have taken a “coach approach” to move the reader to actually get into action with new learning to move toward new behaviors. And if you are a trainer of communication professionally the accompanying guide book for skills training is invaluable. Here you have exercises and group techniques for experiential learning that is the most productive and transformational to the learners.
